Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee holds a distinguished academic background spanning philosophy, management, and public administration. He earned his Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Social Sciences (Philosophy) from Panjab University, securing First Division with Distinction. He further completed a Diploma in Management from the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, strengthening his expertise in organizational leadership and administration.
